This is a solid disc with insight on how to use a small space. It is a bit dated but there are 3 to 4 drills that I think many people will not be familiar with even today. The voice over and narration is clean and tight and Gasso will definitely show a coach starting out how to run an efficient practice indoors. The Wares and Tschida tapes are definitely superior but this is still a good value.
