She demonstrates proper catching techniques and explains the importance of proper footwork, use of two hands, and catching above the waist and below the waist. Bonebrake also discusses how to alleviate the fear factor of catching a thrown ball. This video also includes demonstrations of more than a dozen drills for all aspects of throwing and catching.
