Every youth soccer coach should watch this video and incorporate the skills that are shown, the tips that are given, and the exercises demonstrated as a major section of every practice. Kids would grow in their foot skills, their confidence, and in their ability to execute what they are trying to do. Dias is not only able to explain the skills, he's able to demonstrate the skills. With kids attempting to do what he is describing it serves as a bit of a reality check, but it also demonstrates clearly the level of ball control you can achieve if you put in the time like he has.
