Alan is a wealth of knowledge. I love the way that he handles the players."Attacking and Defending out of the 4-2-3-1" would be a helpful video for those who favor that formation.

The first half of this video is very good, showing numbers matchups and strategy vs various formations. The second half of the video is nothing more than the team scrimmaging with very little instruction for the watcher.
