This allows you to see the teaching points and concepts worked out in a defensive practice setting. He also includes a drill to help your team understand some simple attacking concepts, which form the foundation of attacking in a 3 front formation.

I was very disappointed with the video, especially for the price. First part of video is taken during class room sessions so you are viewing previous recorded video shown on a television screen or projected on a screen. Very poor quality. The video of a Notre Dame practice which begin about minute 45 of 70 is worth viewing. Too bad the whole video isn't as good as the last 25 minutes.
