The 3-5-2 is an exciting system because of the strength in the midfield (5 players), the ability to attack from wide positions as well as internally, and the good numbers it presents on defense. Coach Berticelli takes you on a guided tour of the 3-5-2 system. He provides an excellent overview of the 3-5-2 and highlights the strengths and weaknesses the system presents. He also presents training exercises to use for each area of the field (for the defenders, the mid-fielders, and the front runners) that will help your athletes practice their positions and make the 3-5-2 a more effective system for your team!
