I feel like I just paid $30 to watch parts of a UNC practice, but only glimpses of what they wanted me to see. There is not a lot of information in regards to coaching points or how to's. I have been coaching for 8 years (have my D license) and was hoping to get more out of this. Definitely not for the rec coach hoping to learn a few drills to take to practice. The parts on 3-4-3 and 4-2-3-1 were particularly lite. They only show basic movements which anyone that has been coaching above rec is already doing. I hear the book of similar title is better, but I would not recommend this video.

Great video. Some really good drills to handle pressure with composure. They can be used with any age level, with adjustments by a coach as necessary. Listening to the dialog among the coaches in the video, you get a good idea of the UNC philosophy and attitude.
