Coach Angela Kelly, who has led the Lady Vols to the NCAA Sweet 16 in three of the last four years, demonstrates breakdown drills you can use to master and effectively implement the 4-4-2 Off-Balance Offense. Coach Kelly uses each drill to enhance and develop a different aspect of the 4-4-2 Off-Balance. Using marker board presentation and on-field demonstration with players, Kelly provides step-by-step principles and movements for every player and position.
