Over the years, athleticism has become much more important for soccer players. Strength, speed and agility are all components that can be improved with the correct training. Obviously, if your players are quicker, faster and stronger, your team has a better chance of success.
This DVD features a number of exercises and drills with speed ladders, cones and hurdles, many of which use a ball, that are designed to improve the speed and agility of your players. These exercises and drills can be used as part of your warm-up or included as parts of your regular training sessions. This is an ideal DVD if your organization doesn't have a specialized strength, speed and conditioning coach.
