Any coach looking for some possession drills could benefit from this video. The drills are explained using a computer program and then demonstrated using a pretty talented youth girls soccer team. The explanation is short, sweet, and to the point and the accompanying video is long enough to get a feel for what the drill looks like but not overly long. There aren't a lot of coaching points made by Jason as the video rolls on, but I don't think that was the goal of the video. If you want some good possession drills, this video will help.
