Ratings & Reviews 2,000 Touches to Better Soccer: Juggling and Receiving Exercises on August 3, 2012 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by BKoons11 Thank you to Championship Productions for allowing me the opportunity to share some of the skills I encourage young players to do on their own. This series was a lot of fun to create. Parents and children often ask me for inspiration toward exercises players can do on their own to improve. Thats what these videos are all about. This video focuses on: 1) Juggling - juggling is a great way to get a lot of touches on the ball, to learn to properly weight a ball, to work on control, etc. This video will lay the groundwork to allow players to become as creative as they would like. 2) Receiving- a player's first touch is the most important aspect for young kids to develop. This video will show proper technique and demostrate exercises to help players master the skills.
