Holzer presents full participation activities that offer fun and fitness for your students. The 19 games and activities are broken down into the following three categories: 1) Relays, seven fun and competitive events; 2) Tag Games, seven different games offering a variety both physical and mental challenges; 3) Modified Team Games, five unique and creative games that can be used either as a warm-up or as part of a unit. Holzer shows a quick lesson plan for each activity, along with a sample demonstration of the activity by high school students.
