This is an excellent DVD! A fast paced DVD with lots of examples of drills. What is really nice about this DVD is that Tim McClellan discusses / describes the drill as the athlete is demonstrating the drill. This helps keep the DVD move with a good pace. This DVD also does a really good job of keeping the camera at a nice close distance so you can clearly see what the athlete is doing. This DVD contains great explanations of how to do the drills, key points to watch for and common mistakes. The only drawback I could find with this DVD is there were a few pieces of equipment used for drills/exercises that I don't have or don't know where to find. However, the vast majority of the equipment used in this DVD is very simple and common items that most people would have or could easily acquire. Great DVD, I would highly recommend this product.
