This video is essentially just a 45 minute clinic talk. It's pretty good information but seems to be more aimed at college or elite level athletes. It's pretty tough to implement at the high school level in my opinion. High school coaches can use the process but may have to compress the time frames in order to keep the developmental athletes on track. It would be a better product if there were examples from the different teams he has used the process with included.
Also, since it is a clinic presentation I would like to see it sell for less than the full $40 too but that's a criticism of the video content.
