In this video, Hudson and Howard share the basic playing techniques required to perform as a Rudimental Bass Drummer in today's marching band percussion section. Included in this presentation are the basic concepts in grip, stroke, posture, and equipment. Howard also shares basic technique builders including: standard 8's tap accent and double beat pattern development.
