Through white board diagrams and practice footage, Coach Timchal describes the benefits of each as she shows you how to install each pattern into your system. The motion features the crease dodger, back door cut, clear space cutting, net drive, inside feed, inside shots and back side options. The triangle's primary strength is attacking both sides of the cage. Players assume positions behind the goal, post and along the perimeter. By attacking the left side, right side and behind the net, this offense puts great pressure on the defense to stop shots on the net. Timchal shares the Magic and Shark set out of the offense that can score vital goals at the end of the half. In addition, Timchal presents drills to help reinforce her instruction.52 minutes. 2009. Ratings & Reviews Triangle and Motion Offense on January 27, 2009 by Anonymous The information discussed could have been very informative but I could never see it in action as the camera work was TERRIBLE. The video was shot from so far away you are unable to read any players numbers and can't see at all what is happening on the field. It is hard to believe this is professionally done and harder to believe that I paid money for this. Did anyone involved in the production of this actually watch it? The camera zoomed in only once on the field the entire video. A HUGE disappoinment. Amateurs take better video than this! 45 of 47 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful?
