A decent video describing one type of team defensive concept. No drills or demonstrations. Lars Tiffany's videos are far more complete and a much better value.

Well done overall. I like most of Coach Starsia's videos. DOes a real good job of wlaking through his defense, slides, and most importantly answers the question "why/when" he would use each defense.
