Video shot from field level so very hard to get a sense of set-up. Very few coaching points that were of much value. Neither a novice coach nor a veteran one would not take much away from this video. Title mentions fitness but nothing said at all about this beyond inference that drills make players run. Disappointing. There is very little explanation as to how the drills are run or what the purpose is and the footage is just awful. You really can't tell what the heck is going on.
