Throughout his coaching career, Jack Kaley's teams have been the best at forcing turnovers and creating extra possessions. Coach Kaley's teams have won four national titles and appeared in the in DII Final Four eight times. In this detailed instructional lacrosse video, Kaley demonstrates a 10-Man Zone Series and a Six-Man Zone series. Using a marker board, Kaley illustrates how to apply pressure for the entire game by perfecting six different rides. These rides effectively take away the most common positions offenses try to attack. Over the last two years (2007-08) NYIT has averaged 10 extra possessions a game due to these rides.
