its pretty basic. if you have coached lacrosse for more than 2-3 years, you already know most of this stuff. They spend 8 minutes going over how you can sub at both ends of the box. at least 15 minutes on subbing through midfield vs subbing through the box. there is 1 good drill on this. If you have never coached/played lacrosse, this is a good place to learn how to substitute. The editing on it is waaaaaay better than some of the other videos I have that are just plain funny.
