Here's your chance to see a creative and positive coaching approach that will build team skills and lead to success on the field. Coach Taylor has constructed an excellent teaching tool to help coach's structure dynamic practices to build fundamental player skills and team skills.

In this video coaches will learn over 15 lacrosse drills that help players move and think about the offensive and defensive skills. The drills are presented in a progressive manner with the effective balance between the white board and on the field action.

The drills are focused on up tempo, full field ball movement that will develop great fundamental, open field skills while providing much needed conditioning. Coach Taylor's coaching techniques really shine when guiding the players through the drills. She illustrates a great combination of positive reinforcement and instructional skills, while maintaining a fast paced practice.

Coach Taylor demonstrates 3- and 5-player weaves to demonstrate how you can teach your athletes the basic skills of transition offense. She then transitions to the Princeton Drill, which adds pressure to the passing game before finally moving to a more complicated full field passing and shooting drills.

Small sided games and drills are used to teach speed and offensive ball movement. Coach Taylor illustrates the Draw Drill, which can be used to teach the fast break or possession whichever your team needs!

As a bonus, Coach Taylor shows several drills, including ones that develop long passing ability, getting open off-ball, and ground balls. Throughout the DVD, Coach Taylor's infectious enthusiasm and positive manner are evident. Her asides on coaching philosophy are invaluable, as she stresses keeping practices up-tempo, competitive, and focused on player development.
