The final 20 minutes was pretty good. Prior to that the presenter spent a lot of time going on about what he thought a Duke defenseman was, vs demonstrating how that end is achieved. It would have been more effective to contrast techniques through multiple drills.

I really liked this dvd it had great information with both general and specific instruction on how to play in both a team and individual framework. It showed a lot of close up, slowed down instruction to that the idea was clear. Also covered things as simple as breaking out to help clear the ball properly.
