A Golfer's Workout

During a round of 18 holes, you can walk up to four miles. Combined with the weight of your bag, you may see your game start to fade on the final holes. In this video, Jamie Bermel and Jeff Reinardy take you step-by-step through proper weight training techniques to help you develop golf-specific strength. Included is a stretching plan, and exercises for the upper body, lower body, and trunk. Next, Reinardy incorporates these exercises into a two day per week workout program that can be used in-season or during the off-season.
