Very good DVD for School programs. Many methods can also be adopted and implemented in youth football programs as well. He was very thorough and the video footage assisted in understanding what he was talking about. Although I paid the sale price for it, it is well worth the asking price. I would recommend it to any coach looking to structure their program.
