The Double Wing Offense: Wedge and Perimeter Blocking Concepts

Wedge blocking is a simple yet effective blocking scheme that can be taught quickly to youth teams. When executed correctly the Wedge blocking will wear down the interior defense while getting a minimum of 3 yards per carry. When the defense takes away the Wedge, go to the edge with Perimeter blocking for the Monster Sweep and Wingback Reverse. Coach Gregory and Coach Mead will explain the concepts for both types of blocking as well as adjustments to different defenses. Drills for teaching the blocking concepts are demonstrated on the field. This DVD is a "must-have" for any coach installing the Power and Wedge series.
