Techniques & Drills for Creating Championship Running Backs

Solid content!! I implemented almost half of it immediately for my TB's. My only problem is that some of the videos could be better quality (visual) film was kind of grainy.

The video is outstanding for anyone who is new to coaching running backs. I now have an excellent foundation of drills and fundamentals for my players. Coach Salem breaks down every drill and all of his progressions are in logical order. I never felt lost or overwhelmed watching the video and I learned much more than I could have a imagined. This is an excellent buy.

The techniques and drills are very realistic and appropriate for most levels of football. As a high school running backs coach i immediately implemented several of Coach Salem's very effective and unique drills into the practice plan. This has resulted in better prepared running backs because the DVD covers all key areas for effective running back play. The section on blocking was especially helpful.

Great video there is allot of Drills and technical insight to make you running back better in every level form youth to college football.
