Shotgun Spread Offense: Basics

Terminology, formations and motions of the Gun are covered using diagrams and game footage. Basics include player and hole numbering. Also included is the formula that Eien uses to call plays. The formation, motion, series, point of attack and blocking scheme all go into this formula. Eien also breaks down the system of shifting and formation types. This instruction is backed with game footage of different formations including Gun RT, Trips RT, Bunch RT, Empty RT. and Double RT. The Motions are broken down into H, Z and F. Routes available in this system are Quick, Rocket, Stop, Slant, Sit, Pivot, Return, Delay, Fade, Post, Curl, Switch, Dig, Corner, Out, Fade Out, Drag, and Shallow Cross.
