Ron Cooper delivers a comprehensive approach to teaching the techniques and fundamentals to play bump & run coverage using the motor release. I absolutely loved this video. It is clear why this guy was churning out so many top notch DBs while at LSU. He REALLY knows his stuff. And he is an awesome teacher. Man coverage is probably the easiest assignment in theory, but the toughest to execute. Coach Cooper breaks his motor technique down to the smallest detail and gives you confidence that not only can you teach it, but that you can make your players execute it at a high level with average players. If you plan to run any amount of man coverage I suggest you stop wasting time and get this video.
