Beginning with the stance, Burks assists you in ridding your players of bad habits and shows how to find the football and dominate the opposition. He demonstrates drills that will assist with change of direction, pass rush, fumble recovery, and dominating the gaps. All of the drills can be used in any defensive system and with defensive linemen at any skill level. Burks then works into the specifics of defensive linemen in the 3-5-3 defense. He breaks down the names of the positions and the characteristics of the players he likes to see in each position.
