In this video, Coach Manchester gives you the keys to developing great defensive backs in any defensive system - especially the 3-5-3 defense. Georgia Military has been a dominate defensive team in recent years using the 3-5-3 . picking off 60 passes in a three year stretch is one reason for the success! Coach Manchester will break down stance with on-field demonstration, highlighted with game film, to allow you to see the drill demonstrated and see how it applies to a game situation. Eight back pedaling drills, two cone drills, and combo drills are demonstrated. All of these drills simulate a game-like experience. The weave drill, speed turn drill, and backpedal and drive drill are the final drills covered. This video is a perfect complement for Defending the Spread with the 3-5-3 and Basics of the 3-5-3.
