Coach Fex uses his vast array of knowledge and experience with the 3-4 defense and applies it to defending the Wing-T offense. He uses a white board to describe defensive personnel, front declaration and base front characteristics. Fex shows his strategies in action by having players demonstrate defensive line characteristics, outside linebacker characteristics, inside linebacker characteristics, and "mix it" on the practice field. He then utilizes game footage to show plays in action. If you're interested in using the 3-4 defense effectively and you face teams that run the Wing-T offense, this video is a must.
