Post led the nation in rushing defense and total defense. In 2003 C.W Post continued to shut down their opponents earning top five rankings in total defense, rushing defense, and pass efficiency defense. In this video, Coach Collins describes how to defend multiple option looks including the pro-formation, 2-back set, and 3-back set. Using marker board diagrams and game highlights Coach Collins focuses on the responsibilities of the defensive ends, inside linebackers, outside linebackers, and cornerbacks.
