This video will help you develop your staff, team and community. Let's face it, in any organization culture makes your season. Coach Dee gives you insight on how to establish a winning tradition through out your entire program. You can benefit from this if you are a youth coach or a seasoned H.S coach that is looking take your program in a positive direction.

The information was good for beginner coaches who are just starting a program. It was worth the $25 sale price but I would have been upset had I paid the full price for it.

This DVD is a really good tool for a young coach like me who is aspiring to be a Head Coach. It gave great insight into the things a coach should implement in order to develop a struggling program. Young coaches never really think about developing a philosophy that they will stick with in the midst of adversity and that statement alone is worth buying this DVD.
