This DVD is a really good tool for a young coach like me who is aspiring to be a Head Coach. It gave great insight into the things a coach should implement in order to develop a struggling program. Young coaches never really think about developing a philosophy that they will stick with in the midst of adversity and that statement alone is worth buying this DVD.
