Bill Snyder discusses his philosophy on building and maintaining successful football programs. He talks about how he communicates with parents and faculty, and how it's important to bridge the gap between your program and them. During his talk he offers many teaching "nuggets" and phrases that the listener can take back and apply them to their own program. He then goes into a detailed description of his practice plan and breaks it down period by period. INcluded in his practice plan are more little secrets on how to keep players engaged and also drills that help unify your team.
72 minutes. 2011.
I dont think that this was really worth the money. Coach Snyder is quite a magician with turning programs around. But it really felt like he had been given a certain amount of time to talk and he felt the need to fill that time with words. There was some very good information in it. But the really good information was far outweighed by the filler. This would have been a much better video at 10 minutes. Perhaps this could be done with condensed clips of the really important stuff from several different coaches.
