I thought this was a very good overview of a 4-4 defense and helped me understand the overall function of the defense. I will say it is rather unique that they base out of a cover-2 robber and not the traditional cover 3 that I assumed most 3-db defenses ran.

The best video on the 4-4 defense on the market. Coach runs through all positions vs. the run. Hopefully some day, he'll make a sequel on the 4-4 vs. the Spread Offense.
