This system is simple enough to teach at the youth level, yet solid enough in its defensive principles and philosophy to run at the high school and college levels. To be able to defend option attacks, spread offenses, and power run teams with one scheme and minor adjustments is powerful. Wanna play fast on D? Simple rules and schemes for stunts, pressure packages, and coverages make sure everyone KNOWS their job on each call.
