Using on-field demonstrations, Tjerk Van Herwaarden shows you 16 drills to teach handling skills, receiving skills, passing skills and special skills. He breaks each area down by showing the proper stance, stick position and body position that will allow your athletes to improve their performance. Van Herwaarden's passing skills include the push pass, sweep pass, reverse sweep pass and the hit.
