Features & Benefits
  • Gain insight into defending the most commonly used ball screens
  • Learn how to get great looks at the basket using the ball screen offense
  • Effectively handle pressure teams and counter their attack against your ball screen offense
with Greg Lansing,
Indiana State University Head Coach; 2010 MVC Tournament Champions

Greg Lansing shares with you how to defend and use ball screens as an offensive system.

Using his continuity ball screen offense and sets plays, Lansing teaches you how to adjust to any type of pressure man-to-man defense. With this offense you will be able to effectively get duck-in post ups with your post players, pick and pop action for open looks from 3, and screen aways for shooters off of the ball screen.

In the the second half of this DVD, Lansing provides insight into defending the side pick and roll by hard hedging and the highball screen.

This is a must for any ball screening coach who wants to easily teach and defend ball screens.

55 minutes. 2011.
