Great Breakdown of the drills and very detail. I have seen much improvement with my team in just one week with the drills.

When it comes to rebounding Izzo's teams are the best year and year out, so there is no better Coach to learn from than Izzo. Videos are well done and Coach Izzo does a great job explaining his philosophy on rebounding.

Love the rebounding concepts from a coach whose proven that his teams rebound well. Zone sets are a good bonus, if you're looking for a fresh approach or a quick hitter versus zone.

For my 4th / 5th grade boys travel, I'd say this is a CD you can grow into. The concepts make sense, but not every low post player in 4th grade is going to "hit", find and get. Combine that with Izzo's use of elbows with "hands in" and you have a very physical approach. Not a bad approach, but for younger players you might want to pick certain concepts that fit your leagues and what you want to do or not do.

I coach a high school team and found that the "hit, hold and crash" approach for my team would be tough. If you have alot of athletes then it may suit you. I enjoyed the 2-3 quick hitters and really liked the 3 on 3 "elbow-block" shell in the video. Good rebounding drills also. Definitely worth buying in my opinion.

The "hit, find, and get" approach to rebounding is probably best suited to NCAA calibre athletic teams. I think the traditional boxing out/blocking out idea is better suited for most high school teams.

Although the title of the tape refers to rebounding and defense, I actually found the quick hitters for attacking zones to be the most useful content. Izzo provides some very nice, easy to learn quick hitters for any zone offense.

I found this DVD to be exceptionally helpful in defining our defensive and rebounding principles. Tom Izzo is an outstanding teacher and he goes a fantastic job of clearly explaining his philosophies. I also love his overall mentality and passion for the game!

I rate this DVD an A+ and I recommend it to all coaches - at any level!

Izzo's hit, find, and get rebounding style is pretty cool compared to the traditional box-out teaching style. However, I have found it that it is not for every player (especially high school girls). Some pretty good one-hitters against a 23 at the end of the DVD.

Tom Izzo is an excellent teacher!

Izzo's instructions are easy to apply for teaching players of all ages. Rebounding techniques as well as defensive philosophy demonstrated in this DVD were a huge asset for me (and I'm not a spring chicken).

Tom Izzo is great to watch and learn from. He details out every drill for you. I like the fact that he puts out new drills and ideas instead of just regurgitating old stuff that has worked in the past.

Izzo provides a different philosophy to blocking out or cutting out. He shares drills they use everyday for defending screens and man-to man rotation drills. Every Izzo DVD available I try to get because he is an excellent teacher.
