Proper footwork helps all players recover successfully with slides and angles. Welsh's system of defense implements trapping all over the floor - from man-to-man to zone. By using disadvantage drills and trapping, defenses are forced to communicate and cover the entire court effectively. Trust, rotation and ball pressure disrupt the offense, create deflections and force turnovers. Welsh shows you how to cause turnovers by back tapping even when beat in the full court.
