Ratings & Reviews The Shot: Shooting Drills & Techniques on May 2, 2016 Currently 4/5 Stars.4/5 Stars 4 by Anonymous Solid video, well explained. Alford is a shooter's coach so I really wanted to it from him ... and I thought did a nice job. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful? Yes No The Shot: Shooting Drills & Techniques on April 6, 2009 Currently 1/5 Stars.1/5 Stars 1 by Anonymous I was pretty disappointed in Alford's shooting video. Pretty simplistic and not much meat. The drills were interesting but I was looking for way more on shot mechanics details. Alford's alignment presentation was over simplified and very incomplete. No discussion of shooting grip, balance hand management, how the hand finishes. Big toe over the nail is great, but where does the ball start? Where do the eyes start?Alignment of other body parts? Is the shooter right or left eye dominant? Elbow angle? Wrist angle? Rhythm of the shot? Great player but not a great video. 7 of 8 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful?
