Coach Larranaga builds the Scramble from the ground up through chalkboard instruction and game and practice footage to highlight key points. Starting with 1-on-1 drills, he takes you through each phase of the Scramble (2-on-2, 3-on-3, and 4-on-4) until you reach the 5-on-5 frenzy that has made the Scramble famous. The Scramble is a man-to-man defense with trapping principles. Use it regularly to take your opponents out of their offensive rhythm or use it sparingly to surprise the offense and force key turnovers. The Scramble can be used as a half-court or 3/4-court trapping defense.

Great DVD if your just learning the scrable. Coach L gives you drills to build it on and does a super job of laying out it's usage. Highly recomend for high school or middle school coaches wanting to learn the basics. I will be getting more of coach L's scrable DVD's!! : }
