Great for anyone new to this and wanting to implement this style of basketball. This was made after his other set of DVD's and is more of an overview but very worth the purchase. He does a great job explaining the reasons behind what they do and the on court drills have a direct correlation to implementing the offense. I like that he uses his own players and that you get to see different levels of understanding from his veteran players and players new to his system. With the right group of players, it would be exciting to implement. This was a really good buy. Coach Porter offered the reasons why he is using this system. He details the difference between his system and other uptempo systems. He covers how to go from the fastbreak into your continuity offense. There are several drills to use or adapt to fit your teams needs. Coach Porter is an excellent teacher of this system.
