I think this video is useful for someone who already has some knowledge about the blocker/mover offense. Bennett provides some game footage which I felt to be very helpful to see the offense working in live game action. The drills he demonstrates don't relate specifically to the offense, but are good drills that will help a players offensive skills improve. This video is good to help reinforce knowledge about the offense, but it is limited in terms of showing how to set it up and and run it. I liked the DVD because it gave me some new ideas for the offense and I have experience with the offense. However, for someone who has never seen or run it, it might leave you with some questions.
