This video matches the advertised description. Coach Alford's explanations are short and to the point. The drills match the concepts he is teaching. The player demonstrations are useful to the viewer. Alford does not have enough time to show all his tricks of the trade, but there's plenty of information here to jump start your motion offense. Once your players understand the spacing, screens and cuts shown, the game will seem easier for them to play naturally. You must coach passing and receiving angles.
