Make every player on your team a better ball handler! Jump onto the court with Dave Spiller as he leads you through practice drills that you can use, especially in a small group setting, to enhance your players' skills.

Spiller teaches his four basic rules to dribbling utilizing a chair dribbling series. This series features various dribble moves including the basic step back dribble, the crossover dribble, the double crossover, the inside out dribble and more.

Spiller progresses into a series of drills to improve shooting balance, develop quick feet and to get to the basket. Spiller includes running drills that work on situational reaction and responding to defensive pressure to create scoring opportunities.

Through 1-on-1 and 2-on-2 drills, Spiller creates situations for offensive players to work on different cuts to get open and for defensive players to react to the offense and contest passing lanes.

Spiller concludes by demonstrating two simple drills to create consistent shooting form and technique. These drills work on shooting form, spot up shots, shot-fake shots and 3-point shots.
