Really good again, I love that these are actual workouts that Wichita runs and you can see just how their coaches operate. Great teaching points along with drills, I haven''t seen a lot of these before which is always a great thing when you make a purchase. This is one that you want to use to develop any of your players that handle the ball and also play off the ball a lot.
