The biggest flaw of this video is that the first 21 minutes are spent talking and telling stories before we get the players on the floor. This continues as the video progresses, taking away from what could have been a good video. There's quite a bit of talking during the drills as well, taking away from the continuity of the drills.
Once things get started we go into a regular 1/2 court outlet drill, with a progression to the 5 man coming back if the outlet is covered. We're now 30 minutes in before we get to full court, which is with a 3-man passing drill with jump stop and layup.
The drills are fine, and good for the HS level. They aren't innovative or new, or overly complicated. You'll see 3 on 2 to 2 on 1. You'll see full court passes for a layup. You'll see the primary break and a bit on the secondary break. The last fifteen minutes are 5v5 fc, which gets a bit chaotic. Basically you'll see things you've seen before, which may not have been true in 2006 but are definitely true now.
Although the video is from 2006, it feels like it is from a different era. Too slow, too few drills with too much talking. 3/5 stars, there are just so many better offensive transition videos out there now.
