An older video, but I found it the most comprehensive, informative and easy to follow of the several defensive system videos that I have purchased. My only criticism would be that I would have preferred that the drills be slowed down and explained more thoroughly at first...there was a lot going on.

Life changed for me as a coach after I adapted this system. I will never use zone again! While this video is seriously old school and not the most exciting thing you will see, it is the best one that I've come across in regards to really teaching man to man defense. His chalkboard stuff isn't exciting, but is right on and incredibly valuable. There are plenty of breakdown drills and highlights in the video as well so don't get discourage by the selection of video you see here. This is one of the best buys!
